What do you want students in your courses to learn? What is the learning outcome or objective?
I believe it is important for students to develop the ability to apply what they learn in the classroom to actual business application. This offers a more complete education and practical knowledge as a student moves into their chosen career path.
What advice would you give to those considering this program?
Consider each course as an opportunity to learn and broaden your business knowledge. Look for nuggets of information and application from each course you complete.
What qualities make someone particularly successful in the area in which you teach?
A desire to develop, improve and expand management and leadership skills within the business environment.

Why did you start teaching?
I enjoy the opportunity to impart knowledge and offer an opportunity for others to learn from my successes and my failures in the business world.
